Question:

2007 mega cab 2500 which kit is better for 15K reese 5th wheel the reese or the curt reviews say the curt installs easier.

Based on price and estimated installation time, I would recommend the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit # C16420-204 you referenced over the comparable Reese installation kits. The Curt custom kit and Curt rails will fit with the Reese 5th wheel and there is a shorter estimated time of installation for the Curt custom kit on your 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega Cab with 6-foot bed.

The kit includes the brackets, rails, and installation hardware. I have provided a link to the installation instructions for this product.

We do usually recommend buyers purchase the same brand of rail kit as the 5th wheel as they are tested together by the manufacturer. However, the standard rails should work for any brand hitch that uses the standard rail.
