Correct Timbrens for 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 with Slide-In Camper

2004 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 crew, short bed 6.5 Cummins deisel. Hi, I inquired with Timbren, and they suggested to go with the DRTT3500D rather than the TDR2500CA. They said with my slide-in camper, I need the severe serviceinch option. My question is: why is there an added P3 on your part number? I want to ensure that it will fit my truck and is the same one they recommend. Also, do you agree with their recommendation? It is more expensive. My camper weighs 2700 lbs.
