Will this Hitch Receiver Lock Fit on My 2016 Toyota 4Runner?

Your 2016 Toyota 4Runner comes from the factory with a 2" hitch installed which means that this etrailer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98882 should fit.

Now I say 'should' because we have noticed with Toyota vehicles that sometimes they come into etrailer and we see that they have double-walled or added extra support to their factory hitch receivers. This is not super common and your 2016 4Runner should be the standard 2" hitch. Just in case, you can measure the outside of your hitch receiver above where the hitch pin hole is, not at the lip. If if measures more than 2-5/8", then it has that extra support and you need the longer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98881. If it's within 2-5/8", then you have a standard hitch and can use # e98882.
