I have been told the Reese straight line dual cam is a good product and would work well with my camper. I have a 2021 Wolf Pup 16FQ that weighs 3944 with a 450 tongue weight and am pulling it with a 2015 Ford Explorer front wheel drive. Would the item # RP66086 be the best match for my needs. I also need the shank and ball and it looks like item # RP66086 comes with the shank but I would need a part # for a 2inch ball

The Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w Sway Control - item # RP66086 is a great product and would work well with your 2021 Wolf Pup 16FQ camper but it is slightly over-rated for what you need. Your camper maxes out below 4,000 lbs and the Reese system has a maximum capacity of 10,000 lbs.
I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution with 2-Point Sway Control item # FA92-00-0600. This is a trunnion bar system with a 6,000 lbs maximum capacity and a 600 lbs maximum tongue weight. It has integrated 2-point sway control which limits side-to-side movement.
You will also want the 2" Hitch Ball for Weight Distribution Systems item # EQ91-00-6080.
