I have 2 trailers one with a pintle hitch and a 2 inch ball for a wave runner the pintle trailer has a gross weight of 5500lbs. Will a pintle hitch bolt to it

The Gen-Y Glyder Shock Absorbing Ball Mount # 325-GH-12001 has a bolt pattern that is unique to the Glyder. There are currently no Pintle style attachments that share that bolt pattern.
I would recommend changing out your pintle trailer connection for a Pro Series Adjustable-Channel Coupler # PSA200S0303. This will bolt in place on a channel mount to give both trailers a 2" coupler. If you have a different connection on pintle trailer let me know and I will find you the correct adapter to turn it into a 2" ball connection.
