How To Carry Mobility Scooter On a 2018 Honda HR-V

I have a Honda HRV I need to carry a Mobility Scooter. My Scooter weight is 180 with batteries. the carrier weight is 45 this puts me at 225 lbs. will this hitch carry the weight?

The best option for transporting a mobility scooter on a 2018 Honda HR-V is with the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7322. This hitch has the larger 2" receiver tube opening therefore allowing you to use a mobility scooter carrier which we don't offer.
It has a 300 lb tongue weight rating so it will work with any scooter and carrier combo under this.
