Question:
is the defrost turned on at all times or is there a defrost setting if not how much additional power draw does the defrost draw

The defrost feature on the Everchill RV Refrigerator with Freezer part # 324-000119 is automatic so it cannot be turned on or off. I wouldn't have any power draw specifications for this component but the unit will draw anywhere from 2-9 amps depending on temperature.
