Expert Reply:
Based on my research your 2004 Fleetwood Southwind Motorhome was either built on the Ford Chassis, or the Workhorse Chassis.
If your Southwind was built on the Ford Chassis I recommend the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-143, and Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-148.
If your Southwind was built on the Workhorse Chassis I recommend the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1259-108, and Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1259-105.
