What Pressure Does the HydroMax Pump Activate At To Provide Water Flow
Updated 03/24/2021 | Published 03/22/2021 >
Question:
I’d like to install this in conjunction with an accumulator tank. I know the pump is rated at 55 psi, but at what line pressure does the pump actually begin to turn on?

I reached out to Valterra, who distribute this line of HydroMax pumps like the # P25201 and they informed me that the pump can be adjusted to whatever pressure is needed for the application. So it doesn't have a set pressure, but will be able to be adjusted as needed to keep your water flowing properly.
I've linked our review videos of this pump for you to check out as well, if you haven't already.
