Please provide models numbers on a boat trailer winches replacement * base of winch cannot exceed 5 wide * nylon strap or polyester * boat weight totals 1500 lbs fully loaded

The Buyers Products Trailer Hand Winch part # 337HW800S seems to fit the bill for your boat trailer. The mounting base is 3-1/2" wide, it comes with an included nylon strap, and it has a 800 lbs weight capacity which using the standard 2:1 ratio will work great for boats up to 1,600 lbs.
