What is the best weight distribution/ sway pairing for a truck with a hitch height of 21.25 inches and a 2019 jayco flight slx 195rb trailer with a coupler height of 18.5 inches.

I would be happy to recommend a weight distribution system with 3" drop adjustment to level your truck with a hitch height of 21.25" to your 2019 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 195RB Travel Trailer with a coupler height of 18.5", but the correct weight distribution system will be dependent on the total tongue weight of your setup.

Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is using a tongue weight scale like the # e99044 but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.

Since your 2019 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 195RB has a GVWR of 3750lbs and tongue weight is usually between 10-15% of the trailers weight you should expect 375-560lbs tongue weight with the trailer fully loaded.

As long as you are not adding a significant amount of cargo behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 6,000 lbs GTW, 600 lbs TW # FA92-00-0600 which works with total tongue weights ranging from 250-600lbs, and has built in 2-point sway control to keep your trailer going straight down the highway. You will need replacement shank # FA92-02-4214 to get the drop you are needing, and 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286 to match the coupler of your trailer.

If your total tongue weight exceeds 600lbs you will want to step up to the # FA92-00-0800 which is rated between 400-800lbs total tongue weight and still use shank # FA92-02-4214, and 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286.
