If I understand your request, you are saying that your Sprinter has a hitch with a 1-1/4" square receiver, and you would like a part that plugs into the 1/4" receiver on one end and has a 2" receiver opening on the other end. In this case the Tow Ready # 80304 Hitch Adapter could be a solution. It offers a 10" extension of your hitch pin holes.

We also offer the Brophy # HES6 that offers a 5-3/4" extension and the Curt # D189 that has a 7" extension.

If you need an extra hitch pin for the 2" end you can use the Curt # C21500 hitch pin with clip. If you need an extra for the 1-1/4" end then the etrailer # e95TR set.

The other important thing to know is that the use of a hitch extender reduces the capacity of the hitch by 50%. If you have a Class-1 or Class-2 hitch this could be very limiting.
