Does this fit the 2013 tahoe PPV police edition. andd do you have a plug and play wiring harness

The Curt Class III hitch, part # C13161 is indeed a fit for a 2013 Chevy Tahoe PPV (Police Package Vehicle). You can see it being installed on a 2012 St. Charles County Police PPV Tahoe by clicking the provided link.

The tow package harness is already in place up above the spare tire. You'll just need to unclip it, and plug it in to a connector like the # HM40975. If your Tahoe doesn't have the knockout in the panel under the license plate, you can install the connector to the hitch crossbar using a no-drill bracket like # 18136. I've also linked to an install for this trailer connector.
