Question:
I have a customer 2014 mustang. I have a 3 inch lift and off road suspension. Im looking for a hitch with a 2 inch receiver to put a motorcycle carrier on the back of it. I cannot find anything for the application with a 2 inch receiver. Do you have any recommendations that I could make work with minor adjustments. Willing to customize the bumper if necessary.

Expert Reply:
The only trailer hitch options for a 2014 Ford Mustang are class I 1-1/4" like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11210 which is what I recommend. It can be adapted to a 2" using the Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver part # HTAD but keep in mind this will reduce the weight capacity of the trailer hitch by 50%.
