Solution to Lock Hitch Mounted Winch Carrier

Question:
Is there a way to secure a winch to a winch mount hitch receiver? Locking bolts? Or cables?

One solution would be to use the Hollywood Racks hitch pin and cable lock setup part # HRLHPC2. This gives you a pin lock to secure the carrier to the hitch and then also a cable lock to secure the winch to the winch mount.
