Im looking for a fitting that has 2 different size flange that have a plate with 4 bolts and a 3rd fitting connection to the septic line on a 1988 Royals Imperial camper and need help with getting the correct fitting please

From the description you gave, take a look at Item # T1037 for your 1988 Royals Imperial camper and see if this is what you are describing. If it is not, take a picture and send it to me so I have a better idea and can help find the correct part.
It has a 3" flange that bolts onto your black water valve and a 1-1/2" flange that bolts onto your gray water valve. The 2" hub slides over your sewer pipe.
