So there is not actually a plug-in port on your 2020 Ford Ranger with the tow package, so there isn't going to be any type of wiring harness needed to purchase separately in order to install the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR.

There will be four wires coming out of a wire harness by the driver side firewall to the left of the brake pedal which can be wired to the brake controller wires.
