It's the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars, part # TH711220. These are aero-style crossbars, making compatible with most accessories while cutting down on wind-noise and resistance.
To mount these to your flush-mounted rails, use the Rapid Podium Feet, part # TH460R, and the Fit Kit for Thule Podium-Style Roof Rack Feet, part # TH78RE.
