Looking for a bike rack for 2017 Jeep Wrangler Like the rocky mount swing away. Will it work on my Jeep?

To determine if the RockyMounts BackStage 2 part # RKY10002 that you referenced would clear the rear spare of your 2017 Jeep Wrangler you'd need to take one measurement. You'd need to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole out to the furthest point out on the rear spare. If that dimension is less than 9-1/2 inches this rack would fit and work great.
If you don't have the clearance for the rack we do offer a hitch that would provide you with the additional clearance needed with the etrailer part # e98856 as this hitch is longer and does better with bike rack clearance.
