The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98846 has the highest weight capacity available for a 2017 Nissan Rogue which is 525 lbs for tongue weight and 3,500 lbs for gross trailer weight. That said, trailer hitches are tested separately of the vehicle so just because the trailer hitch is rated this high does not mean the vehicle can handle this. The vehicle limits will be listed in the owner's manual. In regards to the rest of parts needed, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118480 and etrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989900.
