I have another option for you, but unfortunately there is not a 2" trailer hitch receiver available for your 2017 Chevrolet Spark.
Instead I recommend using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11433 which is confirmed to fit your Spark as long as it is not the EV model. You will need to use the Stabilizing Strap # 18050 to secure the rack to your vehicle.
You will need to use a different bike rack that is design to be used with a Class I trailer hitch receiver like the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # HLY94FR. This bike rack will support two bikes weighing up to 35lbs each with tires up to 3" wide.
I included a video review of the # HLY94FR and a picture of the # C11433 installed on a customers Spark for you to take a look at.
