Looking for the bracket to go between the frame and rails for my 5th wheel hitch 18 ram 2500 4 door

We do have fifth wheel rail bracket kits that fit your 2018 Ram 2500 but I would need to know the brand of the rails you have if you were trying to adapt them to fit your truck. If you had Reese rails you could use the part # RP50054 or if you had Curt # C16427.
Or if you had an unknown rail kit you'd be best off going with an all new kit like the Curt # C16427-204 since we can't recommend mixing rail kits and brackets.
