Can I replace all my factory marker/clearance lights with the LED ones you sell?

You can certainly replace your existing incandescent marker/clearance lamps with LED models. LEDs have many advantages over incandescent lamps. They have a much longer life, they draw a fraction of the amperage and are brighter.

The Optronics LED Clearance and Side Marker Light you mentioned, part # MCL75AB uses a chrome # A67CB or black # A65PB mounting bracket. The lamp is fully waterproof.
