Question:
Question: I have an SUV with 305/35-24 low profile tires. Do you have any snow chains that will work on these tires?

Before buying snow tire chains you will want to check your owners manual or with the car dealer if you can install snow tire chains on your SUV, or if there are any limitations.
I would recommend the Titan Cable Snow Tire Chains, part # TC3031. These cable snow chains will meet the SAE Class S (limited clearance) ratings. A SAE Class S snow tire chain means that the minimum sidewall clearance is .59 inches, which is 15 mm. So if a snow chain has an internal clearance of 15 mm or less they will be classified as a SAE Class S snow chain.
The sidewall clearance is needed so that the snow chains will clear any part of the vehicle that is close to the inner and outer sidewall of the tire. The Class S snow chain is a common requirement on newer vehicles that have larger, low-profile tires.
The 305/35R24 tire size is an aftermarket size so you will need to measure to see if you will have enough internal clearance for snow chains to fit your SUV. Also, with such a short sidewall on the 24 inch tire you could have more chance of your wheels being scuffed by the side of the snow chains.
You will also want to use the Glacier Rubber Adjusters, part # PW97, to keep tension on the side of the chains and help provide a tight, secure fit.
I am including a link to a FAQ page on snow chain information. It will include a section on the Class S designation.
