Can Curt Dual Hitch Adapter part # D210 be Used with Tow Dolly and Bike Carrier

I have a class B RV that I will be using a car dolly to pull a Chevy Spark. I currently have the apex bicycle/basket combo. Can I use the 45810 the duel hitch for the both of these car dolly/apex?

The Curt dual hitch adapter part # D210 you referenced can be used with the setup you mentioned as it has a 7,500 lb trailer towing capacity and has a tongue weight capacity of 750 lbs so it would work well.
