Question:
What do you have or what can you suggest to mount a 12k lb Badlands winch on a front hitch mount on a 2000 Excursion. Im just interested in the physical mounting not electrical hookup.

I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Electric Winch Mount Plate Item # C31010. I also recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Winch Mount Handles Item # C31005 to help make it easier to connect and disconnect the winch mount plate from the receiver with the winch mounted on the plate. This setup is easy to use with the handles and has a universal bolt pattern which allows it to easily be compatible with your Badlands winch.
