How To Mount Two Kayaks on CE Smith Boat Trailer # CE48810

Question:

Hello, One of the pictures on the photos page for the CE48810 trailer shows two kayaks one orange, one yellow mounted side by side. Is any additional hardware required for this arrangement? If so, please state additional cost. Are there any photos or drawings showing this trailer without the kayaks loaded that I could study?

The picture of the two kayaks mounted on the CE Smith Boat Trailer, part # CE48810, are attached with the bunks installed perpendicular to the trailer frame. I am including a link to the installation instructions that will show good color pictures of the trailer with the bunks in the perpendicular position.

The trailer does not come with any type of cargo tie-downs to hold your kayaks to the trailer. I would recommend to use the correct size of tie-downs for the size of your kayaks. I am including a link to a product page that will list the different choices of cargo tie-downs that you could use with your kayaks.
