If you want to go with a roof rack, the Exposed Racks Roof Rack for Jeep JL, JLU, and Gladiator Hardtop - Square Bars - Steel - Black # ER77FR would work well with the Rhino Rack Nautic Roof Kayak Carrier # RR570. This would give you a nice setup to carry kayaks on the roof and this carrier is compatible with virtually all aftermarket roof rack systems including the square bars of the Exposed Racks.
The other option I'll throw out there is going the truck bed rack route, which gives your Gladiator a nice look. I really like the Yakima Overhaul HD # Y01151-58 because it's adjustable and gives you a really aggressive off-road look in the process. You would want to use the Rhino-Rack Nautic 581 Rear Loading Kayak Carrier - Saddle Style - Rear Loading - Channel Mount # RR581 instead of the # RR570 since it comes with the channel mounting hardware included, which would be required with the Overhaul HD system. What I really like about the Overhaul is that it would give you the ability to add a roof tent like the Yakima SkyRise HD Tent for Roof Rack Crossbars - 2 Person - 400 lbs - Tan and Red # Y07436 that can sit right on the truck bed.
