If you wanted a mudflap setup that was custom fit for your 2018 GMC Sierra 3500 dually the WeatherTech set part # WT120076 would be a great option.
To install the # 337B24LP will require some fabrication like with the bolting plate part # 337MFW2375 and/or the mounting plate # 337MFBH2375F.
