Helpful Expert Reply:
Yes. The Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension # CSS-1168 are designed to help keep your coil springs from compressing too much, so they can be used to help fight squat when towing a travel trailer. These are the only solution available for the 2012 Ford Expedition outside of adding a weight distribution hitch, which would provide the best option for fighting sag on your rear end.
I've linked a review video of these coil helpers for you to check out, but if you want to explore the weight distribution route just let me know what the tongue weight and GVWR of the trailer are and I can help you locate an appropriate setup.
