Question:
I have a 2020 Subaru Forester with 225/60 R17 tires and owners manual says to use spring chains if I have to. I assume what I want is Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains Item # PW1038. Also, there is ref to adjusters? Please verify my needs based upon owners manual recommendations.

For a set of cables that fit the tire size of 225/60R17 that you have on your 2020 Subaru Forester the Glacier part # PW1038 are a fit and would work great. You do not have to run adjusters on this.
If you were looking the ultimate performance, clearance and ease of install the Konig K-Summit chains # TH02230K45 are the way to go. I attached an install video for these for you to check out as well.
