Question:

Looking at the C13392. 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. The bumper on my jeep has 2 existing bolts which attach a steel plate, which hold 2 screws to the plastic bumper. Does this hitch or another fit over that plate? Clearly, I will replace the factory bolts with the bolts included, but more curious about the hitch having enough space to clear the extra width due to the steel plate. Thanks!

So what you are seeing on your 2021 Jeep Wrangler is a spacer plate, which is on some models of Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited, but even with this you will still be able to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13392.

What you can do is simply remove the bolts and spacer, and keep those two factory bolts for installation while also using two new bolts that come with the hitch. This is a pretty common issue, seemingly on later model year Wranglers, but a pretty easy workaround so you won't have any issue installing the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13392.

Additionally, I did want to add that if you were looking to tow with your 2021 Wrangler and needed a 4-flat wiring harness the correct part is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118786.
