I have another option for you, but the autoslide feature of the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider # DM8550038 can not be locked out.
Since it sounds like you are trying to make it compatible with a rotating pin box, I recommend the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Towing Prep Package # C16036 which has a 24000lb towing capacity, and can be used with a rotating pin box by using Wedge # C16992.
