The appropriate kit for your 1998 Chevrolet C/K 3500 Extended Cab Dually with the 8 Foot bed is going to be the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit Item # BWGNRK1000.
The recommended kit is a combination of the Turnoverball # BWGNRC800, which is what you actually need, and the installation kit # BWGNRM1000
