For stake pocket tie-downs that will work in your 2003 Toyota Tundra you will want the Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs # HSSF.
These tie-downs are compatible with the turnbuckles # TDHP that you'd need to complete your camper tie down setup for your truck. This provides the connection from the tie down to the camper. I attached a review video for more info as well.
