What is the hole size for bolting this bracket to the trailer frame?

The top mounting holes on the CE Smith Front Hanger Bracket # CE14016G are as follows:
The 2 top holes on the ends are 7/16 inches in diameter
The center top hole is 1/2 inch in diameter
The lower spring eye holes are 9/16 inch diameter
