Roof Rack for Camper Shell and Roof of 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500

Question:

I need a roof rack system to haul two kayaks, total weight 200 pounds total width 72 inches. I have a 2020 Silverado truck with bare roof, no rails with a Lier fiberglass shell that has Thule rails. I would like to put one crossmember on the shell and one crossmember on the truck. The shell is too short alone to haul the 2 12 foot long kayaks. I know there will be some minor flex between the bed and the truck but I will only be using this on the highway. Flex would be minimal and would not be a problem. Each kayak would be strapped down individually. What parts would I need to accomplish this? It does not need to be a Thule system as long as the feet will fit on the Thule rack on the shell.

You can then use the Yakima roof rack with landing pad 1 part # Y00221, two of the control towers # Y8890027, and the single crossbar # Y8810025.

Then for a single bar rack for the roof of your 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 you'd want the part # RRVA150B, # RRRLKVAH, and # DK427H and you'd be set.
