Rhino Rack questions.. Will RR43234 work with 45100B Tradie Pioneer Platform?

Yes. You can use the Worklight Mounting Bracket for Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack # RR43234 on any Rhino Rack Pioneer platform; the part number you mentioned doesn't reference to a part number we're familiar with but checking out some photos it appears it's just a variation of the normal Pioneer platform with some add-ons included.
