Will this mount be compatible with my Thule Aero bars with T slots? For 2020 Forester

The Thule Aero Bars # TH711220 have a t-slot opening of 1/2 inches and the bottom width is 3/4 inches. The Inno Fork Lock Roof Bike Rack # INXA391 will work with not only Inno bars but bars that will fit the dimensions I've included in a diagram below. An opening of 10.5~11.5mm, an inside width of 21~22mm and a height of 5mm. If your Thule bars will fit those measurements, you can use them together.
