Question:
I’m searching for the item listed above without the screw holes... this one I have has tabs on the 2 3/4 side for clip mounting versus screw in.

I have a solution for you, but for your broken Peterson PM 440 151 lens, the replacement part actually does have the screw holes. I was able to verify with my contact at Peterson that the correct replacement lens is the Peterson Replacement Side Marker # 55-15R you were looking at-even though it has screw holes in it. During the manufacturing process when the lights are being assembled the side lights are snapped in via machinery, however, when they need to be replaced they do need to be screwed into place. So the holes are there for this purpose.
There are entry points for the screws under the lens that you will see when you pop it out. Peterson does not make a snap-in replacement lens for this light.
