The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98842 you were looking at is confirmed to fit your 2019 Ford Transit T350 High Roof with the extended wheel base since the rear portion of the frame where the trailer hitch receiver mounts was not changed on the extended wheel base models.

Since the frame of your T350 does not have weld nuts for the trailer hitch receiver, I recommend purchasing a M12x1.75 tap from your local auto parts store to tap the holes, and then using the Nylon Tube Brush # 814092 to clean the freshly tapped holes.

If you are planning on towing with your T350 you will also need trailer wiring, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip.

If your T350 does not have the factory tow package I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56327 which will give you a 4-way connector to plug in a trailer, and the included powered module will pull power directly from your vehicle's battery to avoid overloading your factory wiring.

Lastly, I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 which includes two ball mounts, two hitch balls, two hitch pins and clips, and a carrying case.
