The Thule Gateway Pro 3 # TH78VR fits most factory spoilers and is confirmed to fit the 2016 Kia Soul without the spoiler but to be safe since you have a spoiler I would get a hitch and rack. You'll be able to access your hatch and it is MUCH easier to use than a trunk rack but that's just me. If I were you, I would get the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11419 which you can easily install yourself. I've included the installation video to help! If you're only needing to haul one bike I would recommend getting the RockyMounts HighNoon FC Solo Bike Rack for 1 Bike # RKY87RR for your mountain bike.
