Can you tell me how much this hitch weighs?

The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package part # BWRVK3775 weighs 250 lbs but it's easily broken down into two parts consisting of the head which weighs 70 lbs and the base which weighs 180 lbs. There are two pins on the head which allow you to remove it from the base easily.
