Need keys for bmw bike rack. Have 2 different locks. 1 reads 020 , 2 reads 013.

It looks like Thule is responsible for making the roof racks on your 2008 BMW 5 Series.
Of course, I have heard reports that there were some that used a different roof rack. You should call your local BMW dealership with your VIN number to double check which you have.
If it turns out that you have the Thule rack, then the replacement key for your 020 is part # THKEYN020, and the key for your 013 is part # THKEYN013.
