Question:

I need a replacement lock for my SportRack SR7016 Horizon Cargo Box. The key broke off in the lock.

What you'll need to do is get the key extracted from your lock core so that you can replace it. You might have to find a locksmith to help with that if it's too difficult to grab with needle nose pliers. Once the old key is out you'd need to insert a change key part # 853-1251 to remove the core so that you could install a new one like part # THLOCKN001. The matching key would be the part # THKEYN001.
