Question:

I do not need any lights or anything just the hitch so i can attach my bike holder. Do I need any accessories?

For your 2020 Volkswagen Jetta, the Curt # C11540 you'd looked at will be a fit unless the vehicle is a GLI model. The hitch provides a 1-1/4 inch receiver, and you really won't need anything else. If your bike rack doesn't already have an anti-rattle feature, you might be interested in an anti-rattle device like part # RM-061-125 which will prevent the shank of your bike rack from moving about in the receiver tube. Other than that, you'll be good to go.
