Which Roof Rack Will Allow Sunroof Use On 2017 Subaru Forester?

Between these two setups, I recommend the Rhino # RRVA126S-2 and Rhino # RRSX100 because this comes with a lock and key built-in, that way your belongings are always safe and secured. Something to take into consideration is that roof racks cause wind resistance and more noise. The sunroof being open along with a roof rack installed may be bothersome.

Between these two setups, I recommend the Rhino # RRVA126B-2 and Rhino # RRSX100 because this comes with a lock and key built-in, that way your belongings are always safe and secured.

The metal lock kits would be a great choice to keep everything safe and secured. The Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450200 will work great for the Thule Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401. For the Rhino-Rack # RRSX100, I would go with the the Rhino Rack Locking Endcaps # RRVA-LEC4. Both of these lock kits are very easy to install; I have attached demonstration videos. The Lockrack Watersport Carrier # LR54FR that you would like to purchase will fit either roof rack setup without an issue. This would be mounted via the top channel on the cross bars. I would go with the Rhino Rack roof rack setup, along with the Rhino Rack locking endcaps. This is an excellent setup for your watersport carrier and is a more affordable option than the Thule setup.
