Bearings do in fact come in many different sizes depending on the spindle they are one. I was unable to find what your trailer has, but we can get around that.
To determine which bearings you need, the best place to start is to disassemble your hub and drum and inspect the numbers on your existing bearings. These numbers will tell you which bearing is needed for replacement.
If the numbers are illegible, then the next best thing you can do is measure the inner diameter of the bearings using a digital caliper like part # PTW80157. I've linked to a help article that explains all of this along with common bearing sizes for you to look at.
If you can give me the numbers or the diameters, I can help you find the proper replacements.
