Question:
Im looking for information to flat tow my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab 4X4. I will be towing this vehicle with a 2008 Winnebago Destination 39w, deisel pusher. Any assistance would be appreciated. Im a new owner of this coach and have never towed a vehicle behind it. The coach has a 2inch hitch receiver. Im not sure of what is needed to tow this vehicle, including what is needed for braking or light hook up. Aventa tow bar?

According to an online copy of the owner's manual I looked over, your 2006 Ram 1500 4x4 is capable of being flat towed, but I'd urge you to look over the 'recreational towing' section of the owner's manual and confirm this for yourself. There are very specific steps that need to be taken to prepare the vehicle for towing, so follow the recommendations to the letter to avoid damaging your vehicle.
To flat tow a vehicle, you will need a tow bar, base plates, safety cables, wiring for lighting and a supplemental braking system as mandated by law in most states.
The Blue Ox Aventa tow bar you referenced would be a good choice.
Blue Ox does not offer any base plates for the Mega Cab model, but you can use the Roadmaster # 277-1A along with an adapter # RM-032 that would allow the two parts to work together. The Aventa tow bar includes safety cables. There are many different wiring options available (see links), I prefer a bulb and socket kit like # RM-155. A bulb and socket is easy to install, requiring you to run some wires and drill some 1 inch diameter holes in the backside of the tail light assemblies. The kit will allow the lighting to remain completely independent of the vehicle wiring, making installation very simple. I have also linked you to the various supplemental braking options for your vehicle. The Roadmaster Even Brake, part # RM-9400 is very easy to use and install.
I have also linked you to a series of FAQ articles that contain more information about flat towing.
