The Yakima fairings have a unique hardware design that allows them to fit basically all crossbar designs. So what you'll want to do is measure the distance between the feet and go with the Yakima fairing that fits the best between them.
For a 34 inch fairing you'd want # Y05016
For a 40 inch fairing you'd want # Y05017
For a 46 inch fairing you'd want # Y05018
